Q:What is your return policy?
A: I accept returns within 7 days of receipt. If item is faulty then full refund inc, original postage costs will be refunded upon item being returned. If buyer changes their mind then I will refund item costs only, and buyer to pay for return postage costs. Items to be returned in unused, original condition with all tags attached.
Q:Do you combine shipping?
A: Yes I combine shipping, combined postage costs stated are for UK only, if you are buying from overseas please contact me for a revised shipping price.
Q:When can I expect my order to arrive?
A: Please allow 5-7 days for delivery, I post items next working day after cleared payment has been received. I will contact buyer to confirm that items have been shipped, and by which method it was dispatched, e.g. 1st Class or 2nd Class. Please allow longer if payed for by cheque, I will dispatch once the cheque has cleared.

Q:Do you ship internationally?
A: I ship internationally, please contact me if you are making multiple purchases so that I can apply a discount.
